Jeera Cookies

Ingredients

Maida – 1.5 cups

Sooji  – 1/4 cup

Sugar – 1/3 cup

Salt – 1 tsp

Baking Powder – 1 tsp

Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp

Roasted Jeera – 1 tsp

Butter – 8 tsp

Oil – 3 tsp

Cold Milk as needed

Method

  • Mix and sieve maida + sooji + sugar + salt + baking powder + baking soda
  • Add butter and cumin seeds and mix well
  • Start kneading by adding milk and oil as required.
  • Wrap in cling film and keep in fridge for 15-20 mins
  • Bake at 165 degrees for 10-15 mins
