It is a quick and delicious dessert for busy days and it tastes just as a bakery cake.
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 1.5 cup Milk
In a bowl take all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
Then add the vegetable oil and milk.Mix them really well so that there is no lumps.
Take a cake pan, rub the side and bottom with a little butter. Make sure to get into the corners and all the way up the sides. Flour the sides and bottom of the pan by scooping a bit of flour into the pan ,then shaking and tapping to coat the bottom and sides with the flour, take out the excess.
Pour the cake mixture into the pan and put it into the oven for approximately 40 mins at 160°C.
Now your cake is ready, enjoy!!!
